Will I receive a receipt for my donation?
Noncash donations are typically receipted at the time of delivery. Monetary contributions will be acknowledged by mail.
Do you send year-end giving statements?
It is not our standard procedure to mail a year-end statement, but we would be happy to provide one upon request. Your regular receipt from SBRM includes the amount of your most recent gift, as well as a cumulative total of your yearly giving.
I mailed a check to the mission. Why hasn't it cleared my bank account?
SBRM's standard practice is to deposit checks on the day we receive them. Unfortunately, donations are occasionally lost in the mail system. If you are concerned that your donation might not have reached the mission, please call Erica Bucey at (215) 922-6400 x109.
