Case Manager/House Manager (two positions)
Wayne Hall is seeking firm and compassionate women to work with homeless mothers and children in our 12 month residential Christian Discipleship program located in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia.
Duties: Case management, Bible teaching, Christian discipleship, menu planning and cooking
Requirements: Sense of calling to work in an urban missions setting; homemaking, leadership and administration skills; educational background or prior experience in social work, Christian counseling, urban missions or related field preferred; valid drivers license
Status: One part-time and one full-time position available. Both positions include some evenings/weekends. Full-time employees receive health and dental benefits.
Christian Life
All employees of Sunday Breakfast Rescue Mission are important members of a Christian organization. All staff members are Christian missionaries and are required from time to time to participate in chapel services, outreach ministries, or counseling sessions. Because of the nature of these types of ministries, it is an absolute necessity that you possess and maintain a testimony or lifestyle that is above reproach. What you do on your own time may seriously affect your ability to perform these types of ministries, which are an important part of your job.
